About Moonbeam
Moonbeam is a growing collection of magical children’s stories created by Hari Blossom, following the adventures of a very special dragon who breathes sparkling stardust instead of fire.
At the heart of every story is Moonbeam’s kindness, curiosity and courage. Along the way she meets an ever-growing family of remarkable friends, including Blaze, Willow, Flashwing, Shard and Rainwing, each with their own personality, magical gifts and adventures to share.
The stories take Moonbeam from peaceful villages and enchanted forests to distant mountains, mysterious islands and magical lands. While every adventure is different, they are all built around simple themes that children can understand and enjoy, including friendship, helping others, courage, teamwork, kindness and celebrating what makes each of us different.
As the world of Moonbeam continues to grow, this website will grow with it. You’ll be able to discover each book, meet the characters, read story extracts, explore artwork and illustrations, and follow the latest news as new adventures are created.

The next Moonbeam book is taking shape, with new adventures, new friendships and plenty more magic.
Moonbeam's world is growing beyond the first story, introducing more of the dragons and magical creatures who will become part of her journey.

The Dragons Are Gathering
Moonbeam is no longer adventuring alone.
Blaze, Willow, Flashwing, Shard and Rainwing are coming together, each with their own personality and special abilities. Their adventures will take them far beyond Moonbeam's familiar skies and into mysterious new places where they will need friendship, courage and teamwork.
Exploring the Enchanted Forest
One of Moonbeam's coming adventures takes her deep into an Enchanted Forest filled with enormous trees, glowing leaves, strange riddles and ancient magic.
Something has gone terribly wrong in the forest, and Moonbeam and her friends must discover what is causing it before the darkness spreads any further.
Meet Midnight, the Shadow Dragon
A mysterious new dragon has appeared in Moonbeam's world.
Midnight has scales as dark as the night sky and the unusual ability to disappear into the shadows. Other dragons are frightened of him because he is different, but Moonbeam soon discovers that there is much more to Midnight than anyone realises.
His story is about friendship, understanding and finding where you belong.
Adventures Beyond the Dragon World
Moonbeam's adventures are beginning to take her further than ever before.
In one story she travels to the mysterious Echoing Mountains, where the mountains themselves seem to whisper and guide her.
In another, Moonbeam reaches the ocean and meets Aqua, a dolphin who desperately needs her help to protect the world beneath the waves.
And there are even stranger adventures ahead, including a mysterious old toy house where forgotten toys seem to have minds of their own.

Moonbeam's world is still growing, with new stories, new friends and magical places waiting to be discovered.
There are more adventures ahead, from mysterious forests and echoing mountains to shadowy dragons, enchanted houses and journeys beneath the ocean. Along the way, Moonbeam will meet new characters, face unexpected challenges and learn more about courage, kindness, friendship and helping others.
